Faith And Obedience Produce Good Success Results

READING GENESIS? DON’T MISS GOD'S SUCCESS PRINCIPLE “In Process Of Time”
God includes His Biblical principles for success in the Bible. In Genesis 4:3 the Hebrew for “In process of time” means “at the end of days” or “at the appointed time” (KJV).
The phrase implies:
A set time …
A recognized season …
A known expectation …
which suggests an established time and not something haphazard or spontaneous.
God Offered Faith-Based Coaching To Cain And Abel
“And in the process of time it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And the Lord respected Abel and his offering, but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell” (Genesis 4:3-5).
God didn’t call Cain’s offering “first” fruit, as He called Abel’s offering.
Cain brought some of the fruit of his labor, but he didn’t bring the first or the best.
Abel brought what was first and best. And although the word “tithe” is not used here, God clearly established a principle or an order of what pleased and honored Him when He accepted Able’s offering and not Cain’s.
God accepted what was the first and the best. This is kingdom order teaching.
We see that God didn’t accept Cain’s leftovers and God held him accountable.
God is a God of Principle And Order
The Bible is full of God's Wisdom for successful living. We've been given the keys so we know how to walk in God's will for success.
God doesn't want us ignorant. He gave us instructions.
Adam didn’t raise his kids without instruction or without parental modeling. He witnessed the first blood (animal) sacrifice (3:21) when God made coats of skins to cover and clothe both him and Eve.
God told Cain—
“If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it” (Genesis 4:7).
“If you do well” indicates that Cain knew what was right.
God didn’t say, “I told you what to do or how to do it.” And God doesn’t hold anyone accountable for what they don’t know. Cain knew the right thing to do but didn’t choose to do it and honor God.
Instead, Cain brought God his left-overs.
God Never Changes He gives us Biblical Principles For Financial Prosperity
Neither God, nor God’s system has changed. Jesus said, “For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me” (John 5:46).
Adam broke the one law God gave him—don't eat from that one tree. All the other trees in the garden were available to him.
Before there were any other laws, God established a system, a pattern, an order to honor Him with our first and our best.
God rejected Cain’s order, and Cain didn’t fare well because of it. That doesn’t mean God quit loving Him. It means He wants things done His way. He wants obedience not sacrifice.
We still have appointed times today. Times of honoring God with our increase is not random. There are set times established for us to bring to God this faith offering. And it will take faith.
Before the Law of Moses, God had already established an orderly system. And these verses imply that Adam taught his children. If you’ll remember that’s why God said He chose Abraham. He knew he would teach his children (Genesis 18:19).
It's By Faith
“By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks” (Hebrews 11:4).
The ground was cursed and both Cain and Abel had to work long and hard to put food on the table. But Abel put his faith and trust in God.
How To Live A Supernatural Christian Life
Long before the Law of Moses, long before the Old Testament was written, long before the tithing controversy, there was already a God-given system in place for bringing offerings to God.
Adam didn’t raise his sons without instruction — Cain and Abel knew when to bring an offering and what kind of first fruit to bring that would honor God. They had been taught.
Abel brought the first and best. Cain brought what was inferior and left over.
God has always been a God of order. From creation's beginning we see that the sun, moon and stars as well as seedtime and harvest obey without question the order that He established.
Tithing and first-fruits weren’t created by the Law — the Law simply laid out the order of what God had already established and was at work.
Tithing has never been about Old vs. New Testament. It’s always been about obedience, honor and God's order — and it remains a personal choice to put God first today.
It also remains a biblical principle for financial prosperity today.
God Coached Joshua
It was part of Joshua’s instructions to do what God instructed so that he would make his way prosperous and have good success (Joshua 1:8).
Good success doesn’t happen by accident—it happens by getting in alignment with what God said.
What is God's order for prosperity? He wants obedience to His Word.
"Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices,
As in obeying the voice of the Lord?
Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice,
And to heed than the fat of rams" (1 Samuel 15:22).
